Hanna Martin focuses her practice on litigating employment discrimination, employee classification, and executive compensation matters, including single-plaintiff matters as well as class and collective actions. Hanna litigates in various forums, including US state and federal courts, arbitrations, and administrative agency actions. She also counsels on and conducts internal workplace investigations. Her clients include both public and private companies in the financial services and insurance industries.
Hanna previously served as a judicial clerk to Magistrate Judge Debra Freeman in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York from 2019 to 2020.
Hanna is the vice chair of the New York office’s Pro Bono Committee, and maintains a robust pro bono practice advising nonprofit entities on various employment issues.
