Ge (Heidi) Hai

Heidi Hai works with a team of antitrust and competition lawyers to counsel clients on significant competition law challenges. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Heidi concentrated her practice on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and strategic investments, representing both public companies and private equity firms. Her experience touched on the technology, healthcare, and financial services industries. She is fluent in Mandarin and is a member of the Antitrust Committee of the American Bar Association.
