Heidi Rasmussen is a commercial litigator who assists clients in business and corporate disputes in state and federal courts. - A medical device manufacturer in an FCA/Anti-Kickback Statute case in the Southern District of Texas with hundreds of millions of dollars in penalties at issue; the relator dismissed the case without any payment by our client shortly before trial
