Hillary C. Rankin
Hillary Rankin focuses her practice on product liability, complex mass tort, and toxic tort disputes. She is part of a team that serves as national counsel for several manufacturers involved in asbestos litigation throughout the country.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Hillary defended manufacturers of industrial equipment and automobile brakes, along with premises defendants in all stages of mass tort litigation in both state and federal court. She also engaged in general insurance defense and obtained successful results for a third party administrator in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
