Ian Kwong

Senior Associate

Ian Kwong focuses his practice on private investment funds, advising registered and unregistered investment advisors based in the United States and in the Asia Pacific region on the formation, structure, and ongoing management of investments in global markets. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ian was an in-house counsel of a family office and worked as a banking and finance associate in an international law firm. He speaks English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
