Ian A. Wright centers his legal practice on labor and employment issues affecting clients both in Texas and across the United States. With a focus on defense, Ian helps employers resolve issues related to discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and compliance under various statutory schemes, including Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, the FLSA, and the FMLA. He assists clients with cases of all sizes, ranging from single plaintiff litigation to large class and collective actions.

Committed to public service, Ian is also an active member of the firm’s pro bono practice and local groups committed to ensuring social justice. During law school, Ian served as articles editor of the Houston Law Review; as a student attorney for the University of Houston Law Center’s Civil Practice Clinic, where he served indigent clients; and as a mediator through a partnership between the Mediation Clinic and the Harris County Dispute Resolution Center.
