Jacob D. Swanstrom represents and advises clients on a broad range of labor and employment matters. He focuses his practice on matters arising under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), from complex class action litigation to plan administration and advising. Jacob is admitted in Georgia only, and his practice is supervised by DC Bar members.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Jacob clerked for Judge Tamika R. Montgomery-Reeves of the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and for Chief Judge Timothy C. Batten, Sr. of the US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
