Jacob D. Swanstrom represents and advises clients on a broad range of labor and employment matters. His practice focuses on class action matters arising under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), where he represents benefit plans, plan sponsors, and fiduciaries in disputes involving a variety of ERISA claims.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Jacob clerked for Judge Tamika R. Montgomery-Reeves of the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and for Chief Judge Timothy C. Batten Sr. of the US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
