Her expertise includes prosecution, portfolio management, brand strategy, licensing, corporate transactions, and infringement matters, with a particular focus on trademarks, designs, copyrights, and unfair competition. She concentrates her practice on IP litigation and related advice, representing clients in high-profile disputes. Jacqueline represents clients before German civil courts, the German Patent and Trade Mark Office, the German Federal Patent Court, the European Union Intellectual Property Office, and the Court of Justice of the European Union, including the General Court.
