James L. He is skilled in representing commercial lenders with respect to distressed mortgage and mezzanine loans, including loan restructurings, enforcement proceedings, transfers in lieu of foreclosure, and loan dispositions. Jim also represents lenders, owners, and developers on real estate aspects of project finance and energy transactions, including cogeneration, solar, hydroelectric, and geothermal projects, and leveraged lease transactions.
