Jamie Huffman is a part of our team of litigation lawyers who provide services in a wide range of sectors including environmental, corporate investigations, toxic torts, and consumer fraud, and serve as trial, strategic, permitting, and coordinating counsel in large, complex matters. She has experience with litigation and administrative proceedings involving the Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program (FUSRAP) and former defense plants, including World War II – era production. Jamie has also worked on litigation and administrative matters involving CERCLA claims, as well as litigation involving Natural Resource Damages. She also advises clients on obligations under environmental laws and regulations, including the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act and the Toxic Substances Control Act, as well as the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
