Jie (Jane) Shan represents clients in a broad range of corporate matters, with an emphasis on private equity mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and equity and debt financing. While in law school, Jane served as an associate editor for the Pepperdine Law Review and a judicial extern for Judge Scott C. Clarkson at the US Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. Jane is proficient in English and Mandarin.
Jane is dedicated to pro bono work. In law school, Jane received the Pro Bono Beacon award and actively served underrepresented peoples in the Los Angeles area through multiple legal aid clinics.
