Jassen (Jason) Lu focuses his practice on structured finance matters. He represents clients in SEC-registered and private placement securitization transactions, including residential mortgage-backed securitization (RMBS) transactions. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Jassen was an associate at another global law firm, where he represented financial institutions as issuers, mortgage loan sellers, and/or underwriters in commercial mortgage-backed securitization (CMBS) transactions. 

Jassen is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and proficient in Spanish.
