Jayme Low
Jayme Low advises and represents clients in complex cross-border dispute resolution and international arbitration matters, with a focus on the international trade sector and corporate restructuring and insolvency. She also advises on corporate transactions, including debt and equity offerings, public securities offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.
As a trainee at Morgan Lewis, Jayme was involved in advising an issuer in connection with its initial public offering and listing on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange, and worked on a cross-border arbitration seated in Dubai as well as a commercial dispute before the High Court of Singapore. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, she completed a 10-month internship with the in-house legal team at Sephora Southeast Asia.
Jayme is fluent in Chinese and represents corporations based in the People’s Republic of China.
