Jessica Dent represents clients in a wide range of employment matters, including single-plaintiff claims of discrimination and wrongful termination, employment-related issues arising out of US and multinational corporate transactions, executive employment agreements, and collective bargaining contract negotiations.
Jessica also counsels employers on internal investigations, wage and hour compliance, reductions in force, and other employment policies to ensure compliance with US state and federal laws. She was previously an associate in the labor and employment group of a large global law firm.
Prior to law school, Jessica was a human resources manager who provided strategic HR support for retail, education, and other highly matrixed organizations.
