She also advises clients regarding compliance with federal and state health care laws, including the Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law, corporate practice of medicine and fee-splitting prohibitions, licensure rules, and governance requirements.

- Advised multiple real estate investment and property management companies regarding maintaining regulatory compliance of senior living facilities with applicable federal and state regulations
