Jeanna provides counsel on complex healthcare transactions and legal and regulatory guidance in connection with mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, professional service and outsourced services arrangements, and the formation and operation of accountable care organizations (ACOs), clinically integrated networks (CINs), and other networks. She also advises clients regarding compliance with federal and state health care laws, including the Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law, corporate practice of medicine and fee-splitting prohibitions, licensure rules, and governance requirements.
- Represented multiple equity-backed physician practice management organizations in transactional and regulatory matters including strategic practice acquisitions and ongoing management services arrangements
- Advised national, regional and community hospice and palliative care organizations on Medicare and Medicaid regulatory matters, transactions, corporate practice of medicine and other compliance matters
