Jesse Raines

Jesse Raines focuses his practice on structured transactions and securitizations in various asset classes including collateralized loan obligations and mortgage-backed and asset-backed finance products. Jesse advises a diverse range of clients, including issuers, sponsors and underwriters. While in law school, Jesse served as managing editor of the Catholic University Law Review.
