Jessica C. Pooran

Jessica C. Pooran defends employers across various industries in all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including single- and multi-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination matters. Jessica routinely appears before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She also advises and counsels employers on a broad range of employment matters, drawing on significant in-house experience gained through two client secondments, where she advised on day-to-day employment issues, including high-risk terminations, reductions in force, leaves of absence, and workplace accommodations.
