John Bramble represents employers in numerous areas of labor and employment law. He has experience representing employers in US state and federal court litigation and arbitration proceedings involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, as well as allegations of wage and hour violations. John also has experience prosecuting and defending against breach of contract claims in connection with employee confidentiality, noncompetition, and nonsolicitation agreements.
While attending law school, John served as an articles editor of the Texas Review of Law and Politics and interned with Judge Philip R. Martinez at the US District Court for the Western District of Texas.
