Jordan Puig represents a wide range of clients, including direct lenders, institutional lenders, corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, and other financial institutions, in a variety of corporate financing transactions.

While at Michigan Law, Jordan served as the managing editor of the Michigan Business & Entrepreneurial Law Review, represented startup companies in the Zell Entrepreneurship Clinic, and received the Certificate of Merit Award for her performance in the Corporate Lawyer: Law & Ethics course.
