Jordy Hur focuses her practice on antitrust matters, including government antitrust investigations, antitrust litigation, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Jordy served as an enforcement attorney at the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). At the FTC, she was part of the Health Care Division of the Bureau of Competition, where she investigated and litigated antitrust matters in the pharmaceutical industry and health information technology industry.
