Juhi Desai
Juhi Desai focuses her practice on complex litigation matters involving mass torts, toxic torts, occupational exposures, and product liability. Juhi is part of a team that serves as national counsel for manufacturers involved in asbestos litigation throughout the United States. She previously worked for a litigation defense firm in Chicago and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable John R. Blakey of the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
While in Law school, Juhi served as an associate editor for the Journal of Regulatory Compliance and as both an associate editor and senior editor for the Annals of Health Law and Life Sciences. She also served as the director of diversity, equity, and inclusion for the Health Law Society and was the co-director of events and affairs for the Asian Pacific American Law Association. In her final year of law school, Juhi was recognized with Loyola’s Leadership, Service, and Public Service Interest Award for her commitment to leadership and service.
