Jung W. Han counsels clients on real estate transactions, including the leasing, financing, development, and disposition of commercial and retail properties. He also represents developers and energy companies on all aspects of real estate matters in connection with the acquisition, construction, development, and financing of renewable power generation projects.

He is a member of the firm's real estate team, which represents major corporations, regional and national developers, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), private equity funds, institutional lenders, investors, pension funds and advisers, and special servicers in matters related to the ownership, use, and financing of real estate.
