Justin Lundberg advises clients on the tax aspects of domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, spin-off transactions, joint ventures, and other similar transactions. Justin also advises clients on fund investments and fund structuring, formation, and operations.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Justin was an associate at another international law firm.
