Katherine Bonavita represents leading financial institutions in a variety of commercial finance transactions. Her practice includes syndicated debt financing and asset-based lending. During law school, Kate was a member of the UCC Reporter Digest and was a top oralist in the 2021 Wendell F. Grimes Moot Court Competition.
