Katherine Plaster represents and counsels employers in a broad array of labor and employment matters. Katherine’s work includes claims arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), including single plaintiff and class action claims. In addition to her labor and employment litigation work, Katherine maintains an active pro bono practice.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Katherine worked in human resources risk management. During law school, Katherine represented tenants in the Tenant Advocacy Clinic as an Illinois Rule 7/11 Student Attorney and served as executive online editor of the Northwestern University Law Review.
