Katherine Soule
Katherine Soule focuses her practice on intellectual property (IP) litigation. Katherine has experience representing clients across a wide variety of business sectors in connection with trademark, patent, copyright, and trade secret cases in federal court and before the US Patent and Trademark Office Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), as well as counseling clients in pre-litigation disputes.
Katherine approaches clients’ IP disputes strategically, relying on a deep understanding of the law, as well as of her clients and their business goals, to develop efficient, effective solutions.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, Katherine was an associate in the IP litigation group of a boutique law firm in Boston, where she helped secure wins for clients in connection with trademark, copyright, trade secret, and patent disputes, including a precedential decision at the TTAB.
