Kathryn Barber focuses her practice on complex litigation matters, representing clients in disputes concerning mass torts, toxic torts, occupational exposure, and product liability. Kathryn is part of a team that serves as national counsel for manufacturers involved in asbestos litigation throughout the United States.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, Kathryn worked in private practice, handling civil litigation and criminal defense matters. Kathryn also previously served at the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, where she led fact-intensive investigations into complex housing discrimination claims and evaluated compliance with federal statutes and regulatory frameworks.
