Katya Wagstaff focuses her practice on trademark and copyright counseling, licensing, enforcement, and litigation. While in law school, Katya served as the executive notes editor for the American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal. She also interned at the US General Service Administration where she advised on technology and IP issues, and for Judge Jordan on the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
