Kayla’s clients have included both corporations and individuals in the aerospace and defense, financial services, insurance, healthcare, pharmaceutical, real estate development, and manufacturing industries. In addition to her practice in state and federal courts, including at the appellate level, Kayla also has practiced before international arbitral tribunals (both International Chamber of Commerce and ad hoc arbitrations).
Kayla regularly writes and speaks on civil FCA and FIRREA developments.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, Kayla was an associate in the FCA and FIRREA practice at another global law firm.
