Kayla Massey represents and counsels employers in a broad array of labor and employment matters. Kayla’s work includes claims arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). In addition to her labor and employment work, Kayla maintains an active pro bono practice.
