Kelly A. Costello’s experience as an in-house counsel for Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company serves her when she takes on complex mass tort, toxic tort, and personal injury litigation for clients. At Nationwide, Kelly handled insurance defense litigation for personal and commercial lines in auto and premises liability cases. Prior to joining Nationwide, she worked in private practice handling insurance defense litigation and also represented defendants in toxic tort litigation, particularly claims of exposure to asbestos.
