Keisha Sapphire Holgate focuses her practice on financial services litigation, regulation, and enforcement. Keisha has experience in debtor-creditor litigation matters, appearing in New York state trial courts and arbitrations proceedings. She represents clients against alleged violations of inter alia, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and their state equivalents. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Keisha worked as a managing attorney at a New York bankruptcy and recovery management firm.
