Keith Cheung counsels clients on matters involving corporate finance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. He has advised issuers and sponsors in multiple initial public offerings on both the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited’s Main Board and the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM), including H Share and Red Chip companies, as well as secondary fund raisings, including share placements, rights issues, bonds, and block trades. Keith is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

Additionally, Keith advises Hong Kong-listed issuers on general compliance and corporate transactions. He also advises listed companies on public mergers and acquisitions, sizeable acquisitions and disposals, and connected and notifiable transactions, as well as a broad range of industry, regulatory, and related compliance issues involving the Hong Kong listing rules and the Takeovers Code. His clients include companies in the education, financial services, technology, energy, retail, food and beverage, and industrial and manufacturing sectors.
