Karsten Emmermann advises banks, financial institutions, and companies about various finance and corporate transactions, with a special focus on lending transactions and restructurings. With Morgan Lewis since 2006, he spent part of 2010 and 2011 as an in-house secondee in the legal department of one of Germany’s biggest private banks, deepening his experience in the finance sector. He is fluent in German and English.
