Kevin Bohm represents employers on labor and employment matters. He defends employers in complex class and representative actions, single-plaintiff cases, and ERISA litigation. In addition to litigation, Kevin counsels clients from diverse sectors on a variety of compliance issues and matters related to union negotiations.
