Kimberley E. Lunetta has spent her entire legal career advising employers on labor and employment matters and representing employers before US federal and state trial courts, appellate courts, and administrative agencies. Kimberley handles litigation and counsels clients on labor and employment issues including accommodating employee disabilities and medical leave, harassment claims, employee disciplinary issues, termination decisions, reductions in force, enforcement of restrictive covenants and misappropriation of trade secrets.

Kimberley advises clients on complying with USERRA, FCRA, and state and local credit and background check laws. She also assists clients in negotiating employment, noncompetition, and separation agreements.
Kimberley works closely with clients to address their workplace and employment concerns. When necessary, she conducts internal investigations into harassment and discrimination claims, and provides sexual harassment, antidiscrimination, internal investigation, reasonable accommodation, and other training for management and human resources personnel.
Before joining Morgan Lewis in 2006, Kimberley was an associate concentrating on labor and employment law at a large national firm in New Jersey. Prior to her legal career, she worked as a financial adviser, planning for the financial needs of stock option holders, retirees, business owners, and entrepreneurs.
