Kathleen M. Martin
Kathleen M. Martin advises clients on a myriad of commercial real estate transactions, particularly acquisitions, dispositions, acquisition finance, refinance, sale-leasebacks, and leasings. She handles sophisticated corporate real estate transactions on a national scale and advises private equity investors, owners and operators, lending institutions, energy companies, hotels, restaurant and supermarket chains, independent fiduciaries, real estate investment trusts (REITs), real estate developers, and manufacturing companies. Kathleen’s practice ensures clients can navigate complicated agreements relating to the acquisition, sale, leasing, and financing of real estate bulk portfolios, including multibillion-dollar financing agreements and acquisitions.
Kathleen practices in the firm’s New York and Miami offices. She previously served as an adjunct professor at the University of Miami School of Law.
