Kristen Canales focuses her practice on trademark and copyright litigation and counseling. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, she assisted with advertising litigation and counseling at a Washington, DC-based law firm. Kristen also brings experience from her law school’s Intellectual Property Clinic, where she guided clients through the trademark prosecution process and provided a fair use analysis and related Errors and Omissions letter for a documentary.
