Kristine Churchill assists clients with a wide range of health and welfare compliance strategies related to health and welfare employee benefit plan compliance, including work preparing ERISA plan documents and employee communications, cafeteria plan/flexible benefit arrangements, consumer-directed health plans, and issues related to compliance with COBRA, PPACA, and HIPAA. Kristine joins Morgan Lewis with more than 25 years of past experience, including more than 15 combined years in roles overseeing human resources and benefit plan administration and health and welfare benefit plan compliance consulting.
