Leveraging an academic background in mechanical engineering and computer science, Kyle Henk aids the commercial litigation team in a breadth of litigation matters, including patent cases. Before joining Morgan Lewis, Kyle interned with an engineering consulting company servicing the energy industry. He also published an article with the Houston Law Review on the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. While at the University of Houston Law Center, he was a board member of the Mock Trial team, gaining valuable trial skills through national competitions.
