Lance Schimke represents and counsels employers through all phases of litigation. Lance focuses his practice on single-plaintiff and class action matters concerning discrimination and harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour litigation, and California’s Private Attorneys General Act lawsuits. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Lance worked at a national full-service law firm where he litigated on behalf of clients of all sizes in employment-related claims.
