Latifah Alhulelah

Latifah Alhulelah advises on a range of private equity and venture capital fund transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, corporate restructurings, and general corporate matters. She represents clients across all stages of transactions, from structuring to closing. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Latifah worked as an associate at another top-tier US law firm in New York, where she advised sponsors and portfolio companies regularly on M&A and investment transactions.
