Latifah Alhulelah

Latifah Alhulelah advises private equity and venture capital funds on a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and general corporate matters. She represents clients across all stages of transactions, from structuring to closing. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Latifah worked as an associate at another major US law firm in New York and Washington, DC, where she advised sponsors and portfolio companies on several M&A and investment transactions. Latifah is admitted to practice in New York.
