She advises sponsors and financing sources, including developers, private equity and financial institutions, in the acquisition/sale, development, construction, operation, and financing of wind, solar, storage, and other renewable energy assets.
Clients seek Laura’s counsel in negotiating purchase and sale agreements, build-transfer agreements, tax equity financing agreements, joint venture agreements, power purchase agreements, construction and procurement contracts, operations and maintenance (O&M) agreements, and other commercial contracts necessary for the ownership and operation of renewable energy assets.
