Laura Neumeister Wright
Laura Neumeister Wright focuses her practice on project finance and development of renewable energy generation projects. She advises sponsors and financing sources, including developers, private equity and financial institutions, in the acquisition/sale, development, construction, operation, and financing of wind, solar, storage, and other renewable energy assets.
Clients seek Laura’s counsel in negotiating purchase and sale agreements, build-transfer agreements, tax equity financing agreements, joint venture agreements, power purchase agreements, construction and procurement contracts, operations and maintenance (O&M) agreements, and other commercial contracts necessary for the ownership and operation of renewable energy assets.
Laura also represents various corporate and financial entities in connection with their sustainability initiatives, including installation of renewable energy and green assets at owned properties.
