Lauren Hutton-Work

Lauren Hutton-Work represents clients in a broad range of complex corporate transactions, with an emphasis on advising public and private companies, including private equity funds and their portfolio companies, in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and joint venture transactions. She also advises clients with respect to general corporate governance matters, including equity and debt financings. Prior to rejoining the firm, Lauren worked as senior corporate and commercial counsel at SoundCloud. Lauren is admitted in Texas only, and her practice is supervised by New York Bar members.
