Lexi Murman focuses her practice on structured finance and securitizations, advising clients on matters involving a wide range of financial assets. Lexi represents financial institutions, issuers, sponsors, underwriters, and other clients in a variety of financings, both public and private. While in law school, Lexi served as the executive managing editor of the American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal and interned for the New York City Law Department.
