Leigh C. Flesher provides corporate, commercial, and licensing support in the context of international and domestic tax planning. This includes documenting intellectual property transfers and licenses, preparing intercompany agreements, advising clients regarding third-party manufacturing and other agreements, implementing integration of acquired entities, and assisting with international corporate restructurings. Working with high-tech and other multinational corporations, Leigh helps plan and document intercompany transactions and transactions with unrelated entities to support transfer pricing and other tax positions to ensure transactions are consistent with tax planning.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, Leigh was counsel to the tax practice of an international law firm, working in its Silicon Valley office. Earlier in her career, she was in-house counsel for a leading computer manufacturer.
