Zitong (Linzy) Ning focuses on international debt capital market transactions, representing issuers and underwriters in debt securities offerings in international capital markets. She represents clients that include Chinese state-owned enterprises and private companies as issuers, as well as financial institutions as underwriters, in cross-border debt securities transactions.
