Lisa R. Weddle handles complex litigation and class actions in US federal and California state courts and arbitrations, with an emphasis on healthcare and ERISA welfare benefit plan litigation, commercial disputes, unfair competition, consumer protection, and false advertising claims. She represents large health insurance companies, a national dialysis provider, automotive manufacturers and distributors, national and global banks, and broker dealers.
As part of her healthcare practice, Lisa was an integral member of the legal team that secured summary judgment for a health plan facing class action claims related to excessive premiums.
