Lizbeth M. Sanchez advises clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including US and cross-border mergers and acquisitions involving both public and private companies, renewable energy transactions, capital markets, and other general corporate matters. While in law school, Lizbeth served on the Board of Fordham Law’s Committee on Diversity in Business Law and as a staff member of the Fordham International Law Journal.
