Lizbeth Maria Sanchez counsels private and publicly held companies on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters. Liz focuses on US and multijurisdictional corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, carve-outs, strategic investments, and general corporate and governance matters across a range of industries, including energy (renewable power and utility) and infrastructure, technology, and aerospace.
While in law school, Liz served on the board of Fordham Law’s Committee on Diversity in Business Law and as a member of the Fordham International Law Journal.
