Loleini Williams advises clients on a variety of UK immigration matters, including skilled worker visas, family routes, settlement, EU settlement scheme, and British nationality applications. Loleini specializes in all aspects of UK business immigration law and regularly advises organizations on sponsor compliance and sponsor license applications. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Loleini advised on complex immigration matters for individuals and businesses.

Loleini works with employers to develop global mobility strategy and compliance. Recently, she has assisted clients navigating the complex immigration landscape following Brexit and COVID-19 travel restrictions. Loleini is an active member of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association.
